INTRODUCING

Rogue by &SONS: Sworn to Shadows, Bound by Rebellion

Inspired by the heroes of the sky, every NIGHT FLY-R jacket carries with it the weight of those who came before—the rogues, the rebels, the untamed. Woven into its seams is the essence of rebellion, the spirit of a world where rules are for others to follow. And as with every rogue artefact, it is finished by hand. A stroke of rebellion, an emblem of defiance painted by the hands of a modern-day artist.

Hand-Finished for the Few

Taking a nod from the personalisation of original bomber jackets, each NIGHT FLY-R jacket is hand-finished with a unique emblem by British artist Ed Stanford. A collector of vintage clothing and a connoisseur of classic design, Ed brings his artistic vision to each piece, creating one-of-a-kind illustrations that blend nostalgia with a modern edge. His hand-painted touches infuse individuality and story into every jacket—because no two rogues are the same. This is more than a jacket. It’s a living, breathing artefact. Each one carries its own journey, its own battle scars, as if it’s already lived a lifetime before.

For the few who dare to claim it.

ORIGINS

The Story Behind the NIGHT FLY-R: A Modern Take on the Iconic B3

The B3 jacket—originally introduced in 1934—was more than a garment; it was survival gear. Made from heavyweight sheepskin and lined with wool, it protected bomber crews from temperatures that could drop below -50°C at altitudes of 30,000 feet. With its heavy-duty buckles and thick construction, the jacket was built to stand against the elements, protecting its wearer in the most unforgiving of environments.

But the B3 wasn’t just utilitarian. It became a symbol of freedom and rebellion. Pilots would often personalise their jackets, hand-painting emblems, artwork, and personal symbols across the leather as a form of self-expression and camaraderie. These hand-painted jackets became a canvas for their unique identities, worn proudly like badges of honour. This tradition of personalisation and craftsmanship is something we honour in the NIGHT FLY-R.

In the same rebellious spirit, the NIGHT FLY-R takes inspiration from the classic B3 but pushes it into the realm of modern craftsmanship. Crafted with Icelandic sheepskin and finished with aged leather accents, this jacket speaks to both its military heritage and a future built for rogues who go their own way…
